Job summary

WSFS Bank seeks an accomplished executive to lead its Business Banking division in Wilmington, DE. This role focuses on strategy, growth, and risk management across Small Business, SBA, and Business Banking segments, driving profitability and customer value.

The Head will guide relationship managers and collaborate with Retail, Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Technology to deliver innovative banking solutions, while mentoring teams to sustain high performance and robust credit discipline.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive banking roles in Business/Commercial Banking, Small Business Lending, or related areas.
• 10+ years in senior leadership managing large teams and P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of growth, profitability, and market expansion with strong credit quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all Business Banking functions including Small Business, SBA, and Business Banking.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive loan and deposit growth and profitability.
• Foster a high-performance, relationship-driven sales culture across branches, centers, and digital channels.
• Align Business Banking strategies with Consumer and Commercial Banking objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers to achieve objectives and manage talent effectively.
• Oversee annual plans, budgets, and tactical action plans to support growth.
