Lead and support operational initiatives that improve workflows and team efficiency.
Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance client/employee experience.
Serve as a subject matter resource for servicing activities and process enhancements.
Train and onboard new team members on policies, procedures, systems and best practices.
Partner cross-functionally with Relationship Managers, Operations and Compliance to resolve issues.
Assist with operational reporting, documentation, QA reviews, and continuous improvement.
Support departmental projects, system enhancements, testing, and new process implementations.
