Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Smartsheet SME to support large IT projects for our Utility Technologies Solutions team. This hands-on architect will drive execution, improve Smartsheet workflows, dashboards, reports, and automations, and design integrations with SAP and other SaaS platforms.

Onsite, three days per week at the client’s Newark, NJ office, travel as needed along the East Coast. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years as an architect, have hands-on Smartsheet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of experience working as an architect with experience in designing, enhancing and supporting Smartsheet’s.
• Hands-on experience building and enhancing Smartsheet solutions.
• Experience with Smartsheet dashboards, reports, workflows, formulas, and automation.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, connectors, middleware, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Smartsheet solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, formulas, and automated workflows.
• Design and support integrations between Smartsheet, SAP, and other SaaS applications.
• Use APIs, connectors, middleware, or file-based data exchanges to support system integration.
• Troubleshoot data, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
• Partner with business users and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Document enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
