Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Smartsheet SME to support large IT projects for the Utility Technologies Solutions team. You will drive execution, deliver IT projects, and ensure successful outcomes while aligning with Leidos values.

The role focuses on hands-on Smartsheet design, build, test, and implementation, including enhancements to workflows, dashboards, and integrations with SAP and other SaaS platforms. Onsite work in Newark, NJ region with travel to NJ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of architect experience designing, enhancing and supporting Smartsheet solutions.
• Hands-on experience building Smartsheet solutions, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, connectors, or middleware.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Smartsheet solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, formulas, and automated workflows.
• Design and support integrations between Smartsheet, SAP, and other SaaS applications.
• Use APIs, connectors, middleware, or file-based data exchanges to support system integration.
• Troubleshoot data, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
• Partner with business users and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Document enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
