Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Smartsheet SME to support large IT projects for our Utility Technologies Solutions team. This hands-on architect will design, build, test, and implement Smartsheet solutions, dashboards, and integrations with SAP and other SaaS platforms.

Onsite in Newark, NJ with travel as needed. The ideal candidate has 4+ years as an architect focused on Smartsheet, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience integrating SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years as an architect designing, enhancing and supporting Smartsheet solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and enhancing Smartsheet solutions.
• Experience with Smartsheet dashboards, reports, workflows, formulas, and automation.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, connectors, middleware, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Smartsheet solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, formulas, and automated workflows.
• Design and support integrations between Smartsheet, SAP, and other SaaS applications.
• Use APIs, connectors, middleware, or file-based data exchanges to support system integration.
• Troubleshoot data, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
• Partner with business users and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Document enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
