Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Smartsheet SME to drive IT project delivery for a utility client. You will design, build, test, and implement practical Smartsheet solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams across dashboards, automation, and integration with SAP and other SaaS platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on work in Smartsheet (not just administration), with on-site requirements in Newark, NJ and travel to New Jersey as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience as an architect with Smartsheet design, enhancement and support.
• Hands-on experience building and enhancing Smartsheet solutions.
• Experience with Smartsheet dashboards, reports, workflows, formulas, and automation.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, connectors, middleware, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP integrations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Smartsheet solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, formulas, and automated workflows.
• Design and support integrations between Smartsheet, SAP, and other SaaS applications.
• Use APIs, connectors, middleware, or file-based data exchanges to support system integration.
• Troubleshoot data, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
• Partner with business users and technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Document enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
