Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced enterprise automation specialist to administer and optimize our Smartsheet ecosystem across the organization.

You will lead governance, provisioning, and security while deploying scalable automations with Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, and Bridge. The role requires strong data integration skills, experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and REST APIs, and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into robust,

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Smartsheet Enterprise or similar workflow platforms.
• Proficient in Smartsheet tools: Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, Bridge, WorkApps.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Entra ID.
• Experience building automated data exchange workflows using REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience managing enterprise provisioning, permissions, workspace governance, and security controls.
• Experience diagnosing data sync issues and building interactive dashboards.
• Excellent communication to lead stakeholder sessions, document tech specs, and train end users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the enterprise Smartsheet ecosystem with governance.
• Deploy scalable automations using Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, and Bridge.
• Architect data integration pipelines between Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, and external APIs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into sheets, multi-tier approvals, alerts, and forms.
• Troubleshoot platform integration bugs, workflow errors, and data sync issues.
• Monitor platform usage, performance, and optimization opportunities.
• Create system documentation, runbooks, and governance procedures; train users.
