Qualifications

• Completion of American Bankers Association Small Business Banker Certificate within 12 months.
• Successful sales experience including outside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use banking knowledge to manage small business relationships and develop fully banked accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with COI to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop Small Business Customer/Prospect relationships.
• Facilitate small business loans within policy guidelines and manage related processes.
• Maintain a quality loan portfolio as outlined by management.
• Provide guidance and solutions to existing and potential small business customers and internal associates.
• Stay updated on small business market trends and translate into opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of all Arvest small business products and services.
• Use ClientLink to manage client relationships and input sales opportunities in the pipeline.
