Qualifications

• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days required.

• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achievement of branch sales goals through consultative sales with customers.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and digital banking options.
