Regions Financial Corporation in Altamonte Springs, Florida is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects, assess financial needs, and offer tailored products and guidance to help them reach goals.

Focused on small business clients with revenues up to $5MM, you will grow relationships through checking, lending, merchant services, and credit card solutions while delivering exceptional service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Familiarity with digital banking offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions focused on small business customers.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers up to $5MM in revenue.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Promotes digital banking tools and branch services to enhance customer experience.
