Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent life/work experience.
• At least 2 years of advanced Technolutions Slate CRM experience.
• At least 2 years of higher education experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Slate features: Application, Reader, Workflows, Deliver, Events, Fields and Prompts, Queries and Reports, Rules, Upload Dataset.
• Advanced knowledge of admission processes and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced Slate Enrollment Implementations for partner institutions across all three implementation phases.
• Mentor and supervise team members; own internal projects and strategies.
• Explain Slate builds to clients on calls and in writing; advise on admission processes.
• Collaborate with Accounts and other Strategists to ensure smooth implementations and consultations.
• Join team discussions on new ideas and improvements; take ownership of processes and integrations.

About the Role

The Senior Slate Enrollment Implementation Strategist is a leader on the Slate Implementations team. This person runs the day-to-day work behind their clients’ Slate Enrollment Implementations, Consultations, Assessments, and Audits, and is responsible for making them succeed. Along the way, they give partner institutions expert Slate guidance. They also supervise team members, set strategic direction, and own internal projects that help the team work better.

What You’ll Own

• Implementations & Builds
  • Own and lead advanced Slate Enrollment Implementations for partner institutions across all three implementation phases
  • Run historical data migration and other advanced build work
  • Build, troubleshoot, and advise on every Slate project assigned to you, including Consultations, Assessments, and Audits
• Client Guidance & Strategy
  • Explain Slate builds to clients on scheduled calls and in writing, covering the process, the strategy, and what each choice means for them
  • Recommend admission processes based on past implementations, your professional experience, and industry trends
  • Work closely with Accounts and other Strategists on the client project team so implementations and consultations run smoothly and accurately
• Internal Projects
  • Join team conversations about new ideas and better ways of working
  • Take ownership of projects, processes, and integrations that interest you and meet the team’s needs
• Team Leadership
  • Potentially manage one to three Slate Strategists directly
  • Meet with your direct reports regularly to give mentorship and guidance
  • Oversee their growth and development

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent life/work experience
• At least 2 years of advanced Technolutions Slate CRM experience
• At least 2 years of higher education experience
• Thorough knowledge of Slate features, including Application, Reader, Workflows, Deliver, Events, Fields and Prompts, Queries and Reports, Rules, and Upload Dataset
• Advanced knowledge of admission processes and strategy
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making
• People skills to work well with teammates and represent Carnegie to clients
• Strong communication and time-management skills, and comfort learning and switching between multiple technology platforms, since the team works remotely
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $80,000–$97,000. Your offer will reflect the experience, skills, and qualifications you bring.
