Job summary

Carnegie is seeking a Senior Slate Student Success Implementations Strategist. You’ll own end-to-end Slate Student Success builds, including modules, data migration, datasets, and troubleshooting; you’ll also mentor teammates and shape internal processes.

This remote role partners with client institutions, guiding strategy on Slate deployments and advising on student success processes. You’ll be a trusted Carnegie ambassador, with opportunities to lead projects and grow a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent life/work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of advanced Technolutions Slate CRM experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of higher education advising, retention, or Student Success experience.
• Deep knowledge of Slate features: Advanced Queries, Dashboards, Datasets, Deliver, Entities, Events, Fields and Prompts, Forms, Rules, Tasks and Projects, and Upload Dataset.
• Strong communication and time-management skills; ability to work across multiple platforms remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the build of advanced Slate Student Success Implementations for partner institutions.
• Provide client partnership through strategy discussions and documentation.
• Lead internal projects and team innovation.
• Mentor and potentially manage Slate Strategists.
• Represent Carnegie to clients.
