Job summary

LeoForce in Minnesota seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-million dollar projects, provide leadership to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, and serve as the first escalation point for customer issues. Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Self-perform construction experience strongly preferred; supervising PMs required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-million dollar or multi-phase projects with high complexity and risk.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Manage project financial health, including billings, cash flow, and cost against budget.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers; lead meetings and reporting.
• Develop best practices, processes, and lead lessons-learned for the PM team.
