Job summary

LeoForce seeks a senior Construction Project Executive to lead and coordinate annual reviews, mentor management staff, and oversee multiple high-value projects in Philadelphia, PA. The role requires extensive leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project success.

You will work closely with Pre-Construction teams to ensure scope alignment, manage risk, and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction leadership experience
• Strong budgeting and financial oversight abilities
• Ability to train and develop management staff
• Experience negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Experience communicating project progress to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction teams to cover project scope

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple project teams on commercial and multifamily projects
• Prepare and review project budgets and cost forecasts
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and markups, and monitor performance
• Conduct annual reviews and coach management staff for performance improvements
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction for scope coverage and risk mitigation
