Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience in construction, and strong leadership and communication skills. This on-site role offers growth within a respected, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Proven experience with RFIs, RFPs, submittals and change orders.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, address issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, RFPs and submittals.
• Control costs and manage change orders to stay within budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
• Lead project meetings and manage stakeholder relationships.
