Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
• Minimum 5 years as Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale multi-contract projects.
• Develop project work plans and monitor performance against them; coordinate between trades.
• Possess OSHA 30 certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities for contractors and subcontractors on mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades.
• Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are available to get the job done.
• Perform all mechanical, electrical and plumbing inspections and reporting, and communicate with the client.
