Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Senior Superintendent in Malone, NY to lead multi-trade construction efforts, oversee scheduling, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate subcontractors. You will inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, report to the client, and ensure project requirements are met.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of large-scale construction experience, OSHA 30 certification, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
• Minimum of 5 years experience shall be as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects.
• Develop project work plans, monitor performance against that work plan and be able to perform a detailed comparison of the design drawing against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades.
• Possess an OSHA 30 certification

We're looking for a Senior Superintendent in Malone, NY

We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Superintendent in Malone, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. As a key member of our team, you'll be providing direction to the team in regard to quality, safety, and general day-to-day operations. You'll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities of contractors and subcontractors involved in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades at the project site. You'll ensure that the right materials, equipment, and people are there to get the job done. Utilizing your expertise, you will be performing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspection to include all reporting, providing communication to the client, and ensuring that the requirements of the project are successfully met.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $115,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
