You’ll manage daily scheduling, coordinate trades, ensure safety, quality, and timely milestone delivery. The role requires a High School Diploma, 6+ years in large-scale construction, 4+ years as Assistant Superintendent or Inspector, OSHA 30, and ability to read drawings and submittals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 6+ years experience in large-scale construction projects.
• 4+ years as Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large multi-contract builds.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning for contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee quality, safety, and day-to-day operations on site.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel to meet project goals.
• Perform MEC inspections and report to the client with clear communications.
