Jacobs in Saranac Lake, NY is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinating safety, quality and schedule for multi-trade MEP teams on a large-scale project.

You will direct daily planning, ensure materials and personnel readiness, and maintain clear client communication to meet project requirements. OSHA 30, 6+ years in construction, and 4+ years as Assistant Superintendent or Inspector are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of construction experience on large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 4 years as Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large multi-contract projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily scheduling and planning of contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades on site.
• Ensure right materials, equipment, and staffing are available to complete work.
• Perform all MEP inspections and report to the client.
