Ideal candidates have 6+ years in large-scale construction, OSHA certification, and a background in coordinating multi-trade projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 6 years of construction experience on large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 4 years as Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and submittals.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning of contractors and subcontractors on the project site.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are available to complete work.
• Perform all MEPT inspections and reporting and communicate with the client.
• Coordinate between trades to ensure project design drawings align.
