Senior Site Superintendent – Large-Scale Construction

Job summary

CORE is seeking a Superintendent with experience in large scale construction to join our Las Vegas team. The Superintendent will manage a singular large project and/or multiple project teams from start-up to punch-out, while exceeding company and client expectations.

The role emphasizes site logistics, scheduling, safety, quality control, and coordination with design teams and owners. Travel within Nevada is required; in-person/exempt/full-time position based in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing
• Understanding of ASI’s RFI’s and Material Submittals
• Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore
• Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods
• Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
• Must be willing to travel within the state of Nevada
• OSHA 30
• A valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Lead site logistics, project scheduling, and critical path management for subcontractors and vendors.
• Drive safe construction practices, subcontractor coordination, and Lean building practices.
• Oversee quality control and resolution of deficiencies.
• Collaborate with the design team and owner to resolve construction challenges and unforeseen conditions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.
• Track project progress through daily reporting and weekly schedule updates.
• Lead project closeout, including punch list completion and turnover.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
