Job summary

CORE Construction in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee a large-scale project portfolio valued at $50 million or more, from mobilization to turnover. You will manage site logistics, safety, quality, and coordination with design teams, owners, and trade partners, emphasizing schedule control and cost management.

Travel within Nevada is required; you will mentor junior staff and drive Lean construction practices to meet client expectations and project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Extensive experience with subcontractor sequencing and construction logistics.
• Familiarity with ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead site logistics, project scheduling, and critical path management for subcontractors and vendors.
• Drive safe construction practices and lean building methods; coordinate trade partners.
• Oversee quality control and resolve deficiencies.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.
• Track project progress with daily reporting and weekly schedule updates.
• Lead project closeout, including punch list and turnover; mentor junior staff.
