Job summary

CORE West, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale construction projects from mobilization to turnover. You will oversee site logistics, scheduling, safety, and coordination with subcontractors and the design team.

Requirements include 15+ years of construction experience, 10+ years of supervision, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Project and Procore. Travel within Nevada is expected as projects arise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong communications skills (written & verbal).
• Experience with subcontractor sequencing and coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willing to travel within Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Lead site logistics, project scheduling, and critical path management for subcontractors and vendors.
• Drive safe construction practices and Lean building methods.
• Oversee quality control and deficiencies resolution.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for constructability.
• Track project progress with daily reports and weekly schedules.
• Lead project closeout, punch lists, and turnover.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
