Job summary

NexGen Contracting, the self-perform arm of Gray, is seeking a Site Safety Manager for our Irving, Texas project. This role leads on-site safety programs, audits, training, and incident investigations to ensure compliance across multi-discipline teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in large-scale construction safety management, OSHA 30, CPR, and strong leadership. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; enjoy a collaborative environment with long-term career growth at Gray/NexGen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of large-scale commercial/industrial project management.
• Minimum 3 years of management-level safety experience.
• Current CPR and OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of safety policies and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety program and audits.
• Develop and implement an Emergency Action Plan.
• Maintain environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Collaborate with site management to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on health and safety to project teams.
