Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour card is required.
• Up to five years of related experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety equipment and clothing per OSHA, company, and customer requirements.
• Reinforce NexGen safety requirements on the project site.
• Maintain safety records and ensure orderly, safe work areas.
• Investigate incident causes and complete required reports.
• Assist Site Manager with counseling non-compliant trades.
• Hold safety meetings and jobsite reviews as part of coordination.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and site orientations/training.
• Communicate, implement, and enforce NexGen’s safety program on site.
