NexGen is seeking a Site Safety Technician for its Irving, TX location on a traveling basis. The role requires enforcing safety rules, conducting daily meetings, and orienting workers to NexGen safety programs on diverse project sites.

The ideal candidate has OSHA 30 Hour credentials, strong teamwork, and good computer skills to maintain records and communicate effectively with the Site Manager and trades. Travel will be frequent across sites in the region.

Competenze

• OSHA 30 Hour certification required or preferred.
• Must possess basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
• Energetic, self-motivated team player with collaborative mindset.

Mansioni

• Enforce safety equipment and clothing per OSHA, company, and customer rules.
• Ensure NexGen safety requirements are followed on site.
• Maintain safety records and project site cleanliness.
• Investigate incidents and file reports.
• Assist Site Manager with counseling non-compliant trades.
• Lead safety meetings and site orientations.
• Communicate and enforce NexGen safety program on site.
• Other duties as assigned.
