Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior System Reliability & Support Specialist in Production Support.

You will monitor, maintain and optimize production systems across multiple hubs, including Windows and Linux servers, with a focus on incident management and continuous availability. You will work with Dynatrace/Logscale, Jira/Confluence and ServiceNow for incident response, change management and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with incident management, ITSM, and monitoring tools.
• SQL/ETL experience; basic coding may be required for ETL tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and support systems to ensure stability and standards.
• Perform maintenance including patches/upgrades for production environments.
• Detect, resolve or escalate incidents; conduct root cause analysis.
• Monitor availability, performance and capacity; report trends.
• Develop knowledge of systems and mentor junior staff.
• Lead governance activities, attestations and continuity testing.
