Job summary

Transform9 is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to design and maintain scalable, reliable systems for our healthcare conversational-agent platform. You will optimize uptime, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with product teams to improve deployment and monitoring practices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong cloud and container orchestration skills, and experience with IaC and observability stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash; experience with monitoring/observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems to support Transform9 platform and services.
• Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to establish best practices in architecture, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement observability solutions to gain insights into system performance and user experience.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to alerts, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation strategies.
