Qualified Health is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, performance, and operational excellence of production environments powering AI healthcare solutions. Collaborate with engineering to make services production-ready, own observability and incident response, and scale safely while maintaining healthcare workload standards.

You will design and maintain zero-trust networks, build CI/CD pipelines, and automate with Python/Terraform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Infra Engineering with at least 3 years of production ownership
• Strong Terraform proficiency including module development and multi-env architectures
• Extensive experience operating production Kubernetes environments and troubleshooting
• Hands-on with GCP and Azure
• Knowledge of zero trust architectures, network segmentation, private connectivity, IAM controls
• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration
• Proficient in Python for automation
• Observability stack design including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
• Incident response leadership including on-call management and postmortems
• Track record of partnering with engineering to improve production readiness
• Excellent written communication for runbooks and release docs
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

• Partner with engineering to ensure services are production-ready before release

• Define and manage alerts, SLIs/SLOs, and on-call rotations
• Lead incident response and postmortems
• Author release docs, runbooks, and playbooks
• Provide day-to-day operational support to unblock deployments
• Design and maintain zero trust network architectures
• Build CI/CD pipelines and safe release processes
• Develop automation in Python/Terraform
• Manage Kubernetes workloads in production
• Operate Temporal workflows in production
• Collaborate with security/compliance to meet HIPAA/HITRUST controls
