Job summary

AXON Networks is seeking a remote Senior Site Reliability Engineer to improve reliability, observability, and resiliency for cloud services and device management. You will own SLI/SLO baselines, lead incidents, and drive continuous improvement across NOC, cloud and firmware teams.

Join a fully remote North America team and help scale observability, automated recovery, and safe rollout practices for fleet deployments and 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site reliability engineering, production or DevOps roles.
• Strong automation skills in Python, Go, Java or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with distributed production systems in public clouds.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infra and observability.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability outcomes for cloud services and devices.
• Define SLI/SLOs, dashboards, and incident protocols.
• Lead incidents and drive post-incident learning and actions.
• Develop production-grade tooling for diagnosis, remediation, and deployment safety.
• Improve CI/CD and GitOps practices for operational software.
