Job summary

AXON Networks is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to coordinate global operational activities affecting customers, production services and managed CPE fleets. You will own the integrated schedule, maintain the global calendar and drive readiness from intake to closure.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and Director of Network Operations, you will align Support, NOC, DevOps, Engineering and QA teams, ensuring on-time delivery, clear accountability and minimal customer-impacting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
7+ years in program or project management with cross-functional coordination.
Experience with production change and deployment coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor updates for leadership.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and other planning tools.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated schedule and coordination process for planned operational activities.
Maintain global calendar showing activity windows, dependencies and readiness.
Drive activities from intake through readiness, execution, validation and closure.
Coordinate with Support, NOC, SRE, DevOps and Engineering, without taking over technical decisions.
Provide timely visibility into forward schedule, capacity, risks and outcomes.
