Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for the Technical Engineering team. You will be the technical authority for the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 environment supporting global finance operations, with backend admin, automation, and reliability improvements.

You will lead incident response, work with OCI and Oracle databases, and drive reliability initiatives across Americas regions, including on-call rotations and weekend activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, functionality, and backend administration, ideally with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Experience with PeopleTools three-tier architecture, application server and web server configuration.
• Patching, updates and environment refresh of PeopleSoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient, scalable PeopleSoft infrastructure.
• Lead incident response from detection to remediation with measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain automation scripts for server-level tasks using shell or PowerShell.
• Collaborate with Product, Production Support, and OCI teams to plan weekend maintenance windows.
• Support OCI-based architecture with Oracle Database and GoldenGate configurations.
• Define and track service level objectives and promote best practices.
