Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for its Technical Engineering team. You will be the technical authority for the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 environment, driving reliability, performance, and automation across OCI-based platforms.

You will lead incident response, collaborate with product and operations teams, and implement robust monitoring, on-call processes, and disaster recovery standards. Strong scripting and Oracle Cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, functionality, and backend administration, ideally with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Proven experience with PeopleTools installations, upgrades, patching, and PUM image application.
• Tuning application server domains, JVM and web server parameters; diagnose performance with SQL/PeopleCode traces.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient, scalable PeopleSoft infrastructure.
• Lead incident response through root cause analysis and remediation.
• Build Python automation and server-level scripts, strengthen monitoring and observability.
• Support on-call rotations and weekend administrative activities.
