You will guide cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery within budget, leveraging Agile/Hybrid methods and strong governance.

This role requires 15+ years IT/ERP leadership, deep PeopleSoft expertise, and a track record of complex cloud modernization for enterprise environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering.
• 15+ years of project management in enterprise ERP environments.
• 10+ years delivering PeopleSoft PUM upgrades.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance of PeopleSoft PUM upgrade and OCI migration programs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of upgrade and cloud transformation programs.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and project health.
• Coordinate steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Ensure compliance with governance and industry standards.
