Job summary

TechDigital Group in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft Admin & DBA to join a large enterprise team. You will own administration across PeopleSoft FSCM, IMS, DB2, and middleware, coordinating with global offshore teams to maintain stability and optimize processes.

The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to support production deployments, upgrades, and capacity planning in multi-instance cloud or on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of PeopleSoft admin/DBA experience in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on work with PeopleSoft FSCM and multi-instance setups.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft in cloud or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft, middleware, and database issues to ensure stability.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, infra, and business teams for deployments and upgrades.
• Administer and support PeopleSoft FSCM applications on cloud platforms.
• Build, configure, debug, and support PeopleSoft apps in multi-instance environments.
• Troubleshoot PIA, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, WebLogic, and web servers.
• Configure and support Integration Broker components and nodes.
• Support PeopleTools upgrades and general system maintenance.
