Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a PeopleSoft Financial Systems Production Support professional to maintain reliability of the FSCM 9.2 platform. You will act as the primary liaison between IT and finance, handling month-end closes, monitoring, incident management, and system enhancements across multiple regions.

You will partner with finance teams to translate business needs into functional specs, perform impact assessments, and support rollout of new modules and interfaces.

Formación

• 3–5 years supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2 in enterprise IT environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules with production support experience.
• Experience with system monitoring and incident management.
• SQL skills and PSQuery for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial close processes and month-end support requirements.
• Excellent communication and incident management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure during critical business periods.

Responsabilidades

• Production Support & System Maintenance: resolve complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• System Monitoring: proactively monitor performance, data integrity, and user experience.
• Incident Management: prioritize and coordinate timely resolution with technical teams.
• Configuration Management: review/test/implement configuration changes.
• Batch/Platform Monitoring: monitor scheduled processes and diagnose failures.
• Testing & QA: design/execute UAT, plan tests, validate data.
