Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied experience in SRE or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net with scalable systems.
• Experience using AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows with validation.
• Ability to evaluate AI recommendations with guardrails for resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response for mission-critical network services and drive post-incident learning.
• Define reliability practices, SLIs/SLOs, and guardrails with stakeholders.
• Architect and deliver automation to reduce toil using Python, Shell, and Ansible.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership across SD-WAN/SDN, routing, and security.
• Lead major incidents and RCA delivery, delivering durable fixes.
