Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CS or related field; 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 3 years.
- Experience with SQL Server databases to support Unity Macrim apps; IDP/SSO, WAF, Windows Server, IIS/Apache.
- Knowledge of load-balanced Unity, Global Office, BBGP, UFI applications; telecommuting may be permissible.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, deploy, and analyze Unity and related products on new virtual servers.
- Interface with Development, PMs, Professional Services, Network, Security, and Server OS teams.
- Troubleshoot using tools like Wireshark and browser dev tools to reach root causes.
- Perform disaster recovery testing and planning; provide feedback to Development on serviceability.
- Open technical cases with hardware and software vendors to resolve problems.
