Job summary
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks a Site Reliability Engineer Lead in Jacksonville, FL to maintain, deploy and analyze Unity and related UI/Services offerings across multiple environments. You will interface with Development, Project Management, Professional Services, Network and Security teams to ensure high availability.
The role requires a BS/BA in CS/IT or related field or a MS and 5 years of progressively responsible experience, including SQL Server, IDP/SSO, WAF, Windows Server,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Computing or related field required.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in SRE/related roles.
- Experience with SQL Server DBs, IDP/SSO, WAF, Windows Server, IIS/Apache, and load balancing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, deploy and analyze for Unity/UI services product offering.
- Collaborate with Development, PM, Professional Services, Network, Security, and Server OS teams.
- Deploy and maintain Unity across UAT, production, preproduction and test environments; manage VMs.
- Troubleshoot to root cause using tools like Wireshark and browser dev tools.
- Contribute feedback to Development for improving serviceability and disaster recovery.
