Job summary

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks a Site Reliability Engineer Lead in Jacksonville, FL to maintain, deploy and analyze Unity and related UI/Services offerings across multiple environments. You will interface with Development, Project Management, Professional Services, Network and Security teams to ensure high availability.

The role requires a BS/BA in CS/IT or related field or a MS and 5 years of progressively responsible experience, including SQL Server, IDP/SSO, WAF, Windows Server,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Computing or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in SRE/related roles.
• Experience with SQL Server DBs, IDP/SSO, WAF, Windows Server, IIS/Apache, and load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, deploy and analyze for Unity/UI services product offering.
• Collaborate with Development, PM, Professional Services, Network, Security, and Server OS teams.
• Deploy and maintain Unity across UAT, production, preproduction and test environments; manage VMs.
• Troubleshoot to root cause using tools like Wireshark and browser dev tools.
• Contribute feedback to Development for improving serviceability and disaster recovery.

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Site Reliability Engineer Leads in Jacksonville, FL to maintain, deploy and perform analysis for new UI / Services product offering developed internally. Interface with the Development organization, Project Managers, Professional Services, Network, Security, and Server OS support teams. Manage deployment of Unity and surrounding products on new virtual servers. Deploy and maintain Unity in UAT and production, preproduction and test and performance environments. Perform open technical cases with hardware and software vendors to resolve problems. Work with analytical problem-solving skills for complex multi-tiered applications. Apply his ability to trouble shoot through use of wire shark and browser development tools. Utilize broad technology knowledge with automation software. Perform diagnostic work to get to root cause of any issues. Perform disaster recovery testing and planning. Provide feedback to Development on needed improvements on serviceability.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with SQL Server Database technologies to support tenant database for Decisions workflow and Unity Macrim applications; working with IDP / SSO (Identity Provider/Single Sign-On), WAF (Web Application Firewall) to configure external security for the Unity and UFI applications that are exposed to the internet; working with Windows Server 2016, 2019 and Windows security; utilizing IIS, Apache (reverse proxy) for support of Unity, Global Office, BBGP, UFI applications; working with load balanced applications for Unity, Global Office, BBGP, UFI applications to support high availability. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
