You will investigate outages, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements in monitoring and ITSM processes. Collaboration across IT and business teams is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years in IT/SRE, infrastructure, production support, or systems ops.
• Strong troubleshooting of production systems and complex issues.
• Hands-on root cause analysis and problem management experience.
• Experience with monitoring/observability and SQL.
• Linux knowledge and familiarity with ITSM processes.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Able to communicate findings and risks clearly.
