Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with OO languages: Java, C#, Python, or Go.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms Azure, AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service reliability by defining and measuring SLAs/SLIs/SLOs.
• Write automation to scale systems and enable rapid recovery.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve observability and release velocity.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-mortems.
• Advocate strong engineering practices for scalable, reliable services.
• Contribute to cloud migration initiatives and architecture reviews.
