Qualifications

• University degree and 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and stabilizes environments and sites while driving engineering stability through analytics and metrics.
• Defines dashboards and monitoring systems; implements SLAs and SLOs using robust monitoring for applications and platforms.
• Leads in analyzing metrics to aid performance tuning and fault finding; troubleshoots incidents and performs post-mortems.
