Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate resilient, scalable systems across our platform. You will drive automation, observability, and reliability while partnering with engineering, platform, and product teams to ensure services are designed for high availability from the start and remain performant at scale.

The role emphasizes implementing IaC, CI/CD, and incident response, with a focus on Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and strong scripting capabilities across

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
Strong Kubernetes experience; cloud and on-prem infra management.
Proficient in Power BI and Grafana dashboards for observability.
Hands-on with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC on AWS/Azure.
Experience with Datadog or Splunk for monitoring/logging/alerts.
CI/CD automation and Jenkins/Azure DevOps familiarity.

Responsibilities

Design, build and operate resilient, scalable systems with DevOps and SRE practices.
Deliver high-availability services via automation and infrastructure as code.
Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across distributed systems.
Support CI/CD workflows and production tooling to reduce toil.
Lead incident response, RCA and recovery improvements to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineering to embed reliability in SDLC and automate provisioning.
