Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or similar field.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience managing and administering Linux systems in production.
• Proven expertise with observability platforms, monitoring tools, and logging/metric pipelines.
• Ability to diagnose complex system issues and collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering and operations teams.
• Comfortable supporting production environments, including occasional on‑site manufacturing or test facility work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance on‑prem observability systems for deep operational visibility.
• Own backup and data‑integrity infrastructure with tested recovery processes.
• Ensure high availability across 100+ Linux systems.
• Monitor on‑prem production environments for integration/testing.
• Monitor cloud‑based test and sandbox environments for data visualization and trainings.
• Manage and monitor simulation server infrastructure for stable high‑performance execution.
• Design and maintain automation for fault detection, resilience, and self‑healing.
• Provision, configure, and validate new Linux machines for deployment in on‑prem facilities.
• Support production test operations on manufacturing floors and offline sites.
• Troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, and Netplan issues in Linux networks.
• Document, triage, and report daily issues found in production.
