Qualifications

• 6+ years of Site Reliability Engineering or similar experience in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and RCA processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms and automation to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable, scalable production environments and ensure security.
• Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging using SRE practices.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs and support error budgets.
• Automate operational tasks to reduce manual work and errors.
• Lead RCA investigations for production incidents and drive fixes.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
• Document runbooks and changes in Confluence; follow change-management standards.
