Job summary

Danaher Corporation, operating unit Cytiva in Kraków, Poland, seeks a senior Site Reliability Architect to own the reliability direction for our cloud-native platform and data/AI services. You will lead observability, improve incident response, and mentor engineers across teams.

You will partner with development teams to design reliable, cost-efficient systems and drive standards that reduce toil and improve platform resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SRE/DevOps experience on production systems.
• Strong SRE with SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction.
• Experience designing/operating observability platforms for cloud-native envs.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu/Pulumi).
• Proficiency in Python or Go for automation.
• Ability to set technical direction at platform scale; cross-team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Champion SRE at scale; establish SLOs and error budgets.
• Own observability end to end for cloud-native apps and infra.
• Eliminate toil by automating repetitive tasks.
• Lead incident response and blameless postmortems.
• Shape systems with design input for operability and cost-efficiency.
• Set technical direction and mentor engineers across orgs.
