Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within BI, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering environments.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL, with hands-on experience leveraging Snowflake and Power BI to support analytics, reporting, and BI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and collect requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and comprehensive functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, reports for development team.
• Prioritize user stories into the right sequence of projects and releases for the team to implement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient and effective solutions.
• Engage with Data and Analytics user community to support solution adoption.
