Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an Art Director to lead ecommerce photography across assigned categories, aligning with seasonal creative direction and collaborating with Styling, Photography, Production and Retouching to deliver elevated, product-focused imagery. This role is based in El Segundo and emphasizes women’s ecommerce photography with an editorial sensibility.

You will independently lead ecommerce shoots while supporting editorial productions and special projects, reporting to the Senior Art

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of photo art direction in fashion, apparel or retail.
• Demonstrated experience leading high-volume ecommerce photography.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, movement and storytelling.
• Experience with ecommerce and editorial photography.
• Editorial photography experience with fashion storytelling.
• Experience partnering with photographers, stylists and retouchers.
• Women’s fashion experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce photography lead the art direction across categories for high-volume productions.
• Translate seasonal creative direction into elevated daily shoot execution with strong composition, lighting and framing.
• Develop visual presentations, moodboards and decks from ideation through execution.
• Direct model posing, movement and expression for authentic, modern imagery.
• Collaborate with Senior Art Director to bring seasonal direction to life and support editorial productions.
• Cross-functional partnership with Styling, Production; build relationships with photographers, producers, stylists and retouchers.
• Review and post production: select images, provide retouching feedback, ensure product accuracy and brand standards.
• Drive creative excellence with an editorial perspective while preserving product clarity.
