The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) seeks an experienced Director of Property Management to oversee all facets of site operations, supervise staff, ensure HUD and local compliance, and enforce leasing and rent collection.

This role requires strong budgeting, reporting, and on-call availability for on-site emergencies, with a focus on maintaining safe, affordable housing while supporting the Authority's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, real estate or related field.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Must obtain Certified Public Housing Manager certification during probation.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the Authority's plan.

Responsabilités

• Manages staff performance and assignments; conducts evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains knowledge of HUD/local housing policies and site-based procedures.
• Develops budgets and business plans; tracks targets and adjusts as needed.
• Oversees rent collection, enforces lease terms, and documents evictions as required.
• Conducts unit showings, lease signing, and annual rent recertifications and inspections.
• Ensures timely completion of maintenance work orders and site inspections.
• Gathers data and prepares monthly key-indicator reports.
